I. How does the Moka Software network collect and use your personal information

1. Provide you with network security and operational security guarantee

2. Storage permissions

Write storage permission: in Settings -> Problem feedback -> Long press the QR code -> Click Save, we need this permission, we will save the image QR code to your device, so that you can get it with us faster contact.



3. Network permissions

Modify the WIFI connection: Allow the application to detect your wifi status, and set up the wifi connection when the wifi status is not connected.



4. Vibration: Vibration equipment is allowed. When the equipment is connected, it will remind you that the equipment is connected.



5. The program wakes up the program in the background: After the mobile phone is locked, the system will enter the dormant state after a period of time, and the program network request will be suspended, so we need to obtain this permission to realize the communication with the TV terminal. If you do not agree with this permission, it may cause the program to fail to communicate with the TV after the screen is closed.



6. Obtain system logs: used to remind you of the current network delay status. If you do not agree with this permission, we will not be able to provide you with current network latency data.



7. Create a background service: Allow us to create a background service, and we will display a notification in the notification bar. Tell you that we are running in the background.



8. Allow installation of unknown applications: We will check if there is the latest version update, and prompt you if you need to download it. After the download is successful, we need this permission to install the latest installation package for you.



9. Camera permission: We need to use the camera to identify the connection QR code on the TV end when you click on the Mirror Screen tab -> Click Scan Code. We will connect you to this TV as soon as we recognize the QR code.



10. Customer Service

When you file a complaint, appeal or consult with FastCast, in order to facilitate contact with you or help you solve the problem, we may need you to provide an email, QQ number, or WeChat ID. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide timely feedback on the results of complaints, appeals or consultations.

II. How does the Moka Software network transfer, publicly disclose, and share information

1. Transfer. FastCast will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following cases:

(1) After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties;
